Handheld induction heating equipment is designed and manufactured by Canroon used for pipes PWHT/post weld heat treatment (DHT dehydrogenation heat treatment, ISR intermediate stress relief), widely applied and welcomed by oil&gas piping, offshore platform construction, and power plant construction & repair. It is small in size, easy to take, and convenient to operate.
Suitable pipes size: When applied in pipe post weld heat treatment/PWHT, 10kw handheld induction heating equipment is suitable for pipe size with diameter of 200-400mm and thickness of less than 30mm, heating temperature should be lower than 788℃, fast and uniform heating.
Besides, application of welding preheat, joint anti-corrosion coating and shrink fitting are also very efficient.
